Moderation Policy
GetCreator is an adults-only studio built on one principle: everyone depicted is a fictional adult, or a real adult who consented. This policy is how that principle is enforced.
Prohibited, without exception
- Sexual content involving minors, or characters designed or described to appear underage.
- Intimate imagery of a real person without their documented consent — including face swaps and undress transformations.
- Content that is illegal to create, hold or distribute in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Impersonation intended to deceive — presenting generated media as genuine footage of a real person.
How enforcement works
- Before generation: prompts and uploads are screened; blocked requests explain why in plain terms.
- On the gallery: published pieces can be reported by anyone; reports are reviewed by a human moderator.
- Outcomes: removal of the piece, a warning, loss of publishing rights, or account closure for serious or repeated violations. Suspected child-safety material is reported to the competent authorities.
Reporting
Email the address on the Contact page with “Moderation report” in the subject and a link to the piece. If you are the person depicted and did not consent, say so — those reports are handled first and the piece is hidden while reviewed.
Appeals
If your content or account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the moderation address with the job or page reference. Appeals are reviewed by a person, and outcomes are explained — though consent and child-safety decisions are not negotiable.
