Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GetCreator. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

GetCreator provides AI image and video generation and transformation tools for adults. The service is provided “as is” and evolves: models, prices in credits, and features can change, with material changes announced on this page or in the studio.

Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older — where your local law sets a higher age for adult content, that age applies.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
  • One person, one account for courtesy features such as daily check-in; abuse of courtesy features can end them.

Credits

  • Generation and transformation jobs cost credits at the prices shown in the studio before a job is confirmed.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
  • Failed jobs are refunded in credits automatically. Unused pack credits are refundable only where the law requires or the studio failed to provide the purchased service.

Acceptable use — the hard lines

  • No content involving minors, or characters presented as minors, in any form.
  • No imagery of a real person in a sexual context without that person’s documented consent.
  • Nothing illegal where you are or where the service operates.

Violations can mean removal of content, loss of credits and closure of the account. The Moderation Policy explains enforcement and appeals.

Your content

You keep the rights you hold in media you upload and, subject to the law, in pieces you generate. You grant the studio the limited licence needed to store, process and display your work back to you — and publicly only where you choose to publish it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the studio’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before a claim. You are responsible for how you use and share what you create, including having the rights and consents your use requires.
