GetCreator Start Creating

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GetCreator collects, why, and what control you have. The short version: your creations are private by default, and we collect what the studio needs to run your account — not more.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, sign-in provider identifier, and account settings.
  • Your media: prompts, uploads, and the pieces you generate, stored so your library works across sessions.
  • Transactions: credit purchases and job records, including the credits a job cost and whether it completed.
  • Technical data: device, browser and security logs used to keep accounts safe and the service running.

Private by default

Generations and uploads are visible only inside your account. A piece becomes public only when you explicitly publish it to the Gallery. Published pieces can be returned to private or removed through your account or the moderation desk.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data or your media.
  • We do not use your private creations to train models for other customers.
  • We do not publish, feature or share your private work anywhere.

Sharing that keeps the service running

Payment processors handle purchases under their own policies; infrastructure providers store and deliver media. Law-enforcement requests are reviewed and answered only where legally required — notably for content involving minors, which is reported.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account and media. Write to the address on the Contact page from your account email. Deletion removes your library and account data, subject to transaction records the law requires us to keep.

Cookies

The site uses cookies needed for sign-in, security and remembering preferences. Analytics, where enabled, is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles of your creations.

Adults only

GetCreator is an 18+ service. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their data handled under the deletion process above.
