Write to [email protected] and include:
- the account email you use on GetCreator (if the question is about an account),
- the page or job the question is about,
- a plain description of the issue or request.
For moderation reports — content you believe involves a real person without consent, or anyone underage — use the same address with “Moderation report” in the subject. Those messages are prioritized.
Please do not email identity documents, passwords or payment card details. The team will never ask for them by email.
